GETTING STARTED

The first step in joining our community is to schedule your first Crossfit Grimsby Foundations class. At CrossFit Grimsby we are dedicated to making the introduction process for our program as smooth as possible. Each new member is required to undertake our four-week foundations course, totalling 12 training days that are aimed at familiarising all potential members with the movements and culture of CrossFit.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that concentrates on constantly varied functional movements to improve physical fitness. It also helps people improve in all aspects of their life. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of fitness or experience.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

You can expect to get in the best shape of your life, meet some cool new people and have a funtime doing it. Expect to set goals and reach them, both in fitness and in your personal life. As you push your mental limits on a weekly basis, you will find yourself more confident in your daily routines and ready to tackle anything thrown your way!
